1. Eligibility for Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are only available for subscription services, digital products, and training sessions.
- Refund requests must be made within 72 hours after the payment was made.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- We do not offer refunds for digital products or software licenses.
- Refund requests are approved only under the following conditions:
- Service was unsatisfactory
- Technical issues on our end
- Incorrect charges or billing errors
2. Refund Timeline & Process
- Customers have 72 hours from the time of payment to request a refund.
- Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days upon approval.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
- Customers may cancel or reschedule consultations with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- No cancellation fees apply.
- Users can pause or modify their subscription instead of canceling.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Completed services
- Training fees
- Partial subscription periods
